How custom orders work

Tell Us About Your Project
Share the idea, quantity, preferred product, artwork, destination, and required date.

We recommend an appropriate garment, printing approach, and order structure.

Approve the Details
Confirm the design, product, quantities, pricing, and delivery expectations before production.

Production and Delivery
Once the design is approved and payment is complete, the order goes to production and ships according to the agreed plan.

Delivery estimates are confirmed after the product, quantity, artwork, and shipping destination have been reviewed — not before.

Custom orders are paid in full before printing begins. Card payments through Etsy carry an additional 3% processing fee; ACH and check do not. Full details are in our custom-order terms.

Burning Wood Apparel started after too many graphic shirts that looked good on day one and fell apart by month three — collars that lost their shape, sizing that changed between orders, prints that cracked in the wash.

So we focus on the fundamentals instead: comfortable garments, dependable sizing, durable printing, and designs people actually reach for. Nothing exotic. Just the parts that decide whether a shirt stays in the rotation or ends up in the rag pile.
